Outcomes
of the 4th specialized HVAC&R exhibition
ClimatAquaTEx
The specialized HVAC&R exhibition ClimatAquaTEx, which has took place on May 11-14, 2016 in Krasnoyarsk, was a great success. The exhibition was organized by Krasnoyarsk Fair Exhibition Company and OOO Deutsche Messe RUS (Moscow), a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG (Germany). The official support was given by Krasnoyarsk Region Government, Krasnoyarsk City Authorities, Russian-German Chamber of Foreign Trade and German House for Research and Innovation.
Exposition
85 companies from Russian and Germany have demonstrated a wide range of HVAC&R equipment. Among new products presented at the expo there were Italian designer radiators, best Russian heating radiators, energy-saving underfloor heating systems, automated heating boilers by Russian manufacturer, state-of-the-art water heaters with intelligent control system, energy-efficient ventilation and air conditioning systems, state-of-the-art foreign and domestic gas equipment for all types of buildings, and many others.
This year a new section “Swimming pools and SPA” was started for the representation of services on swimming pools design and building, as well as equipment for swimming pools and SPA salons.
The exposition was situated in a large pavilion of 2 200 sqm.
Due to the variety of choices and quality of the exposition, a lot of concerned specialists and other people in Krasnoyarsk came to the exhibition. During four days the expo was attended by 13 613 guests (with account of Low-rise House Building Show visitors) including 1 155 industry professionals from 318 organizations. Visitors came from different regions of Russia and from abroad as well (Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Germany).
According to visitors’ feedback, this year the exhibition was very interesting and rich in content.
Business programme
The key event of the business programme was the 6th Interregional conference “City. Utilities. Ecology” with 646 participants.
This year the conference included a plenary session and 10 round table discussions on topical; issues: energy efficiency in housing and utilities sector, capital repairs, staff management, management and maintenance in apartment buildings, etc.
The conference started with the plenary session, where participants discussed main vectors of the housing and utilities industry development in the Krasnoyarsk region.
Traditionally specialists and citizens showed great interest to the discussion of capital repairs during round table “Accomplishment of the Program of Capital Repairs in the Krasnoyarsk Region”. The participants noticed that the programme of capital repairs needs to be improved from year to year by engaging all the participants of the process including local authorities, homeowners, managing companies and contracting agencies.
One more significant event was round table “Energy Efficiency in the Housing Complex System”. The meeting featured the discussion of implementation of energy saving and energy-efficiency increasing tasks in the housing and utilities sector as well as control process optimization in the arrangements for energy accounting and implementation of this procedure in the housing sector.
Moreover, the conference comprised the following round table discussions:

In addition, exhibitors carried out their seminars and presentations within the business programme
ClimatAquaTEx is rising to a new level
Center of Business Negotiations, a new platform for exhibitors and visitors, was organized within the exhibition. Some of the international exhibitors have already tried this service. The Center is about scheduling of personal meeting with potential business partners. Each schedule was discussed in advance and agreed with each participant, what enable exhibitors to get relevant audience and visitors to get an opportunity to communicate directly with manufacturers.
The organizers are going to continue this work next year. According to their estimates, this service makes participation in the exhibition more efficient both for exhibitors and visitors as they know in advance time and person he is going to meet with.
It should be noted that according to exhibitors such service takes regional exhibition projects to a new level – quite close to Moscow ones.

Elena Sukhorukova, Advertising and Marketing Director at Consortium “LOGIKA TEPLOENERGOMONTAZH” (Saint Petersburg):
– In April, 2016, Consortium “LOGIKA TEPLOENERGOMONTAZH” (central office and production site are located in Saint Petersburg) open regional separate division “Komlektenergouchet” in Krasnoyarsk. Here, in the city, we organize an office and a warehouse for the complete delivery of equipment for fiscal measurement of heat, water, steam and gas. We offer the following products: heat meters, gas measuring systems, shut off and control valves, pumping equipment, heat exchange units, control and measuring instruments, etc. The first delivery of the equipment for assembling individual heating unit was made within the large-scale restoration of unique Bogoyavlensky Sobor (Epiphany Cathedral, cultural heritage site in the Krasnoyarsk region (Yeniseysk town).
In general, we are satisfied with participation in the exhibition as we had meeting with our old partners and potential customers as well, managed to establish meaningful contacts. We will decide on participation in the 2017 exhibition after assessment of the outcomes of this year’s show.

– This is our first time at this exhibition, and the goal is to expand our geographical presence. Krasnoyarsk region is very interesting for us. Of course, for us participation this exhibition is mostly image-building activity. I should note that we attracted great interest from visitor, so the exhibition turned out to be very useful for us. We were also amused to learn that quality is a key factor when choosing a product. We are planning to participate in the exhibition next year as well.

– Every year we participate in the exhibition and each time we try to satisfy our customers, to offer some new products. Our plant is among leading manufacturers of heating equipment in Russia. Today ZOTA is an anchor participant at many exhibitions. I should note that this year the exhibition in Krasnoyarsk is on a high level. And we will continuously participate in this event, that’s for sure.
